Subscription Terms and Conditions

The monthly fee for a single subscription to Ensign Windows is $49.95. A prorated charge will be made to your credit card for the first month. A charge of $49.95 will be made at the beginning of each subsequent month. The subscription is continuous month to month until canceled. You must submit a cancellation request to Ensign Software before the 1st day of the up-coming month in order to avoid a charge for the up-coming month. For example, if you submit a request to cancel your subscription on the 5th day of a month, then the cancellation will be effective on the last day of the current month, and you will not be charged for the up-coming (next) month. Cancellation months are not prorated.

Multiple Unit Discount

Customer accounts with 2 or 3 paid subscriptions (multiple computers) will receive a 20% discount for the 2nd and 3rd units. The 1st unit will be charged at the normal rate of $49.95 per month. The charge for the 2nd and/or 3rd units will be $39.95 each per month.
Customer accounts with 4 or more paid subscriptions will receive a 20% discount on all units. In this case, the charge for each unit will be $39.95 per month.

Annual Subscription Discount

Ensign Software offers a 10% discount for Annual subscriptions. Prepay for 1 year and save 10% off the regular $49.95 monthly price. The total for an Annual subscription is $539.00. Contact Ensign Billing if you would like an Annual subscription. Note: Annual subscriptions are NON REFUNDABLE. A Time Credit for unused months will be noted in your account if you cancel before the subscription year has completed. You must submit a cancellation request to Ensign Software (prior to the end of the subscription year) in order to receive a Time Credit for unused months. You can use the Time Credit at any point in the future by restarting your subscription. Time Credits are non transferable to other accounts.
